Great Meal Ideas for a Fit Body and Mind

A few pictures of meals I made this week. I focused on plant based foods like veggies, fruits, cooked grains, beans, and peas. I used meats, fish, nut butters, and oils modestly. My goal was to increase fresh produce and reduce animal products.

Results: 4 lbs of water weight lost. Great digestion. High energy.
