Bean Burger Patty with Arugula Salad

Use your leftover beans to create a vegetarian patty.

1/2 cup beans of any kind (i used black bean and black-eyed peas)

1 whole egg

a squeeze of Sriracha

1 clove garlic

-blend in blender/magic bullet

-cook in fry pan with cooking spray over medium high heat until patty is firm

-serve on top greens with lemon juice

-top patty with mustard and Sriracha

2 oz of fine wine and put your feet up!
